Taco Soup

In the winter, I could literally eat soup for dinner everyday!! So if you're looking for yummy, healthy, family friendly recipes. Taco Soup is always a crowd pleaser in our home! 

Taco Soup 
Ground beef, 1 lb 
Corn, 1 can (15 oz)
Salsa, 1 cup
Black or kidney beans, 1 can (15 oz)
Taco seasoning, 2 tbsp
Dry Ranch mix, 1 1/2 tbsp
Beef broth, 2 1/2 cups
Optional for topping: Sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, cilantro.
Fry hamburger, then combine all ingredients in large pot and cook on medium heat 30 min.
