Ritz Chicken
April 18, 2017
Anyone else have picky eaters in their house?? I do!! But one thing is for sure. This chicken is one of my "go to" meals. It's a dish that everyone in my house will eat!
So here is my recipe for Ritz chicken! It's a crowd pleaser and you can make it healthier with less butter and using breadcrumbs instead of the Ritz crackers.
Ritz Chicken
6 Chicken Breasts
1 - 8 oz plain yogurt
2 sleeve Ritz crackers, in crumbs (Panko Bread crumbs optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 t. pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter {less of none as healthy option}
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place the yogurt in a small bowl. Combine the Ritz crackers, Parmesan, garlic salt and seasoned salt in another small bowl and mix well.
Dip the chicken in the yogurt to coat completely, being sure not to coat too thickly.
Dip the chicken in the crumb mixture and place on a baking dish. Repeat with all chicken pieces.
Drizzle the butter over all the chicken pieces.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes, covering for the last 10 minutes. Serve immediately
