- 1 pound fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover, raise heat to medium-high, add olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until water evaporates, stirring often, about 4-7 minutes to desired crispness.

Beachbody Expansion To The United Kingdom
It’s Official! Beachbody is going International!
We are crossing the ocean and heading over to the United Kingdom. Team Beachbody is expanding into the UK market in the Fall of 2017! This is a huge opportunity to expand the team and share the income opportunity abroad.
Upon launch, Coaches from the US and Canada be able to share the opportunity with customers and coaches residing in the UK. Similarly, UK Coaches will be able to recruit Coaches and Customers from the US and Canada into their organizations.

If you are like me - trying to squeeze in time to cook a healthy meal in a packed busy schedule - is HARD! Here's what I made tonight after coming home from grocery shopping.
It can be a heathy lunch or dinner option that takes less than 20 min to prepare. Check the xommmets for a link to my blog for the recipe.
Beef & Broccoli Stir-fry
3 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
1⁄2 cup water, plus
2 tablespoons water, divided
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb boneless round steak, cut into strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, sliced
1⁄3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey 🍯
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Cooked rice 🍚
In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and garlic powder until smooth.
Add beef, toss, and stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon oil until done.
Stir-fry broccoli and onion in remaining oil for 4-5 minutes. Return beef to pan.
Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger and remaining cornstarch and water until smooth; add to the pan.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Serve over rice.
SERVES 4

Years ago I had a chicken croissant sandwich at a luncheon that was to die for!!
I love the recipe. It's calls for rotini pasta and the ingredients below on a croissant. ❤️❤️But recently, I tweaked the recipe to fit in with my container nutrition program...and it still tastes just as good.
Here's the "healthified" recipe, that doesn't include pasta. Also uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo and coleslaw dressing. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! 😋😍
Fruited Chicken Salad
1 c chicken 🍗
1/2 c Plain Greek yogurt
Black pepper, to taste
3 celery stalks, diced
1 unpeeled apple, diced 🍎
1 cup of red grapes, halved 🍇
1/2 c water chestnuts
1/2 c pineapple 🍍
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 c cashews
Mix all ingredients well.
Can serve on whole grain bread, crackers, or a bed of lettuce.
3 15oz cans of diced tomatoes
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 diced jalapeño
1 bunch of green onions
I tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 T lime juice
1 T sugar

This recipe came from the 21 Day Fix Extreme Eating plan and let me just tell you, they are sooooo good!! I've been looking for ways to get my protein in that don't always involve eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, and chicken. Well, this is a great way to do it!

Turkey Meatballs
* 1 1/2 lbs. raw 93% lean ground turkey breast
* 1 tsp. sea salt
* 1 tsp. dry mustard
* 1 tsp. smoked paprika
* 1 large egg, lightly beaten
* 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (I used minced garlic)
* 12 fresh parsley springs, finely chopped
* Parmesan Cheese
* 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce/pasta sauce, no sugar added
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Lightly coat large baking sheet with spray and set aside.
- Combine turkey, salt, mustard, paprika, egg, oats, garlic, parsley, and tomato sauce in a large bowl and mix well by hand.
- Roll mixture into 30 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cover each meatball with a little tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until they are no longer pink in the middle.
**These can also be easily stored in the freezer for future use!
ENJOY!!
You can actually eat 5 of these for 1 protein serving, or 1 red container. They do count as 1/2 of a yellow container as well.
