Homemade Lara Bars

So this post if a recipe for homemade Larabars. They are Whole 30 compliant and a great snack when you want something sweet. These are so simple and the picture from Stay Fit Mom Blog pretty much explains it all.  The blog says, "These can easily be made into so many different flavors using different fruit, nut, and even dark chocolate combinations."

Homemade Larabars
2 cups of lightly salted cashews (or any type of nuts)
2 1/2 cups of pitted dates
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. When it starts to clump it is done. Place mixture on parchment paper and roll out. Cut into your desired shapes or roll into balls and refrigerate.
**If using plain cashews, I would add a little bit of salt.
