Spring into Summer Slimdown

So Summer is almost here. Today is DAY 1 of my March challenge group! Cohosting it with my amazing friend Kymberly Erickson. Set a goal myself to lose a few more pesky pounds. So committed to pushing play for the next 3 weeks, eating healthier, and drinking my favorite superfood shake everyday.
I set some attainable goals I can reach by staying consistent. All while helping some friends set and reach their fitness and nutrition goals too!
